Terms of Service

Rune and your vault. Rune is a chat assistant that answers only from the vault you load: your rules, procedures, schedules, and documents. You are responsible for the material you put in your vault and for having the right to use it. When a question is outside your vault, Rune says so instead of guessing.

Plans and billing. Rune, Rune Team, and Rune Max Team are monthly subscriptions, paid through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page when you sign up. Rune covers one vault and one owner. Rune Team covers one team of up to 25 people and one vault; each person over 25 adds $1 a month. Rune Max Team is the only plan that works from several vaults, one for each location. The first build of your vault is included with your plan; there is no setup fee.

Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and it does not renew. If you ask within 5 days of a subscription payment, we refund that payment.

The demo. The public demo is free, and anything you load into it clears when you leave or refresh. Nothing else is free: there is no free tier and no free trial.

Classes. Taking a class needs a Rune plan of your own, starting at $0.99 a month. If you are on the team that runs the class, the team plan covers you.
