Connect your shop
Use the WooCommerce connector or connect your store or AI through the merchant API. WooCommerce manages your storefront; Stripe processes your authorized RuneLore payments.
Ordering and payments on the RuneLore website are available through guest checkout.
Authorize automatic orders
Approve your products and artwork, save a payment method with Stripe, and enable per-order and daily spending limits. Your shop sends paid customer orders; RuneLore checks the items, address, availability and costs before collecting payment and arranging fulfillment.
Payment, product, address, artwork and price issues pause the order for attention. You can pause future purchases from your account.
Replenish business stock
Connect your inventory records and authorize a separate rule with a minimum-stock threshold, reorder quantity and spending cap. Incoming shipments prevent repeated purchases. Update your inventory and confirm physical receipt when stock arrives.
Connection requirements
Automatic orders require an active account, a working connection with order permission, approved published products, a saved Stripe payment method and enabled spending limits. US delivery and USD only. Other platforms require an adapter; native Shopify/Etsy apps and AI OAuth login are not supported. Replenishment requires inventory records and a separate rule. Product and tracking updates use scheduled polling. Check failures in your account, API or WooCommerce order notes; email and SMS alerts are not provided.
WooCommerce requires working WordPress scheduled tasks. Your connector must exchange product and order status with RuneLore.
