RuneLore LLC uses the information needed to provide the RuneLore app, website, and merchandise orders. Contact sgrid.caps@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Android learning progress, writing drafts, and saved merchandise designs are stored on your device. The website resets unfinished clothing designs when you leave or reload. Items added to your cart are saved in this browser until you remove them, complete the purchase, or clear browser data. Saved carts contain the clothing, inscription, artwork references, and an order reference when payment is started. Prices and availability are checked again before payment. Your order reference may also be kept in this tab for order status. Delivery form fields are not saved by RuneLore in browser storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill. The private administration page uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie to authenticate the owner; administration data is not available to public visitors.

Requesting a merchandise preview sends your selected clothing and print artwork to RuneLore’s server and our production and delivery partner. Requesting a price sends your name, email address, delivery address, and optional phone number to RuneLore’s server. Our production and delivery partner receives the destination information needed to calculate the estimate. If retail tax calculation is enabled, Stripe receives the address and purchase details needed for that calculation. After confirmed payment, our production and delivery partner receives the order, artwork, and delivery details needed to make and ship the clothing.

Stripe processes payment information through its hosted checkout. RuneLore sends Stripe your email address, purchase description, total, and order reference, and receives payment status and transaction references. RuneLore’s app and server do not receive your full card number or card security code. Stripe explains its handling of payment information at https://stripe.com/privacy .

RuneLore’s server is hosted by DigitalOcean. The server processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the service and limit abuse. The website does not use advertising scripts. If you email support, your message is handled through Gmail. Order status links use an unguessable reference; keep your link private because it allows the holder to view the order’s safe status summary and tracking.

Order records, associated artwork, payment references, fulfillment and tracking details, and private support notes are stored on the server and in backups for order history, support, and payment reconciliation. Records linked to a checkout currently have no automatic deletion deadline. Authorized administration access can view the information needed to manage orders. To request access, correction, or deletion, email sgrid.caps@gmail.com with enough information to identify your order. Requests are reviewed manually, and some records may need to be retained for an unresolved order or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deleting app or browser data does not delete information already sent to RuneLore, Stripe, or our production and delivery partner.
